摘  要:目的分析比较国内9家企业生产的以银杏叶提取物为原料的注射液化学成分间的差异。方法采用主成分分析、聚类分析,对HPLC指纹图谱量化数据进行处理,分析各产品的异同。结果银杏叶提取物注射液与金纳多注射液的水溶性成分检出较多,且两者相似度最大;其余产品的水溶性成分检出较少或未检出。黄酮类成分、内酯类成分在各样品中均可检测到,但含量差异较大。结论有必要进一步对以银杏叶提取物为原料的注射液进行一致性评价。Objective To compare the difference in chemical compounds among injections taking Ginkgo Biloba extract as raw materials from 9 domestic manufacturers. Methods The fingerprint quantifized data were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis to reveal the difference among the 9 samples. Results Water-soluble constituents were detected in the extract of Ginkgo Biloba leaves injection and Ginaton injection, and the two samples share the highest similarity; the other samples had less or none detected water- soluble constituents. All the samples had similar flavonoid constituents and lactones constituents but with big content difference. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct further consistency assessment among injections with Ginkgo Biloba extract as the raw materials.
