摘 要:目的建立椿皮药材中铁屎米酮高效液相色谱测定方法,为椿皮质量分析和评价提供依据。方法用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(29∶71)为流动相,210 nm为检测波长,进行椿皮药材中铁屎米酮的测定。结果该方法重复性好,进样精密度好,供试品溶液在24 h内基本稳定,铁屎米酮对照品在1.5729~157.29 ng内与峰面积线性关系良好(r^2=0.9995),平均回收率为106.2%。结论该方法简便、稳定、可靠,可用于控制和评价椿皮的质量。Objective To determine canthin-6-one in the barks of Ailanthus altissima by HPLC, and provide a basis for the quality analysis and evaluation of barks of Ailanthus altissima. Methods Canthin-6-one was determined with Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18) chromatographic column. Acetonitrile(0.1%)-phosphate(29∶71) was used as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The established method showed good repeatability and sample precision. The sample solution was stable within 24 h. The reference substance had good linearity at 1.5729-157.29 ng(r-2= 0.9995). The recovery of the sample was 106.2%. Conclusion The established method is simple, stable and reliable. It provides a scientific basis for controlling and evaluating the quality of Ailanthus altissima barks.
