摘　　要：目的分析本院中药制剂的现状,并研究其发展对策。方法采用SWOT法,列出本院中药制剂的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,并将各种因素相互交叉匹配进行研究。结果本院中药制剂的发展以综合性研究型医院为依托,以悠久的制剂生产研发历史为基础,疗效确切、特色突出,但也存在制剂规模萎缩、人员配备不足、缺乏创新等劣势;同时面临国家大力发展中医药,但又加强监管力度、严格新制剂注册等情况。结论提出进一步依靠临床优势加强制剂研发、加强人才团队建设、提升创新能力等发展策略。Objective To analyze the current situation and explore the development of Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital. Methods SWOT was applied to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Chinese medicine preparations, and the relations and interactions between the factors were put forward. Results Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital are based on a comprehensive medical institution which concerns teaching and research, with a long R＆D history of Chinese medicine preparations. The weakness included production capacity shrinkage, deficient construction of professional team, and lack of innovation consciousness. At the same time, we face the state＇s great efforts to develop traditional Chinese medicine, but also stricter supervision and registration of new preparations. Conclusion We should rely on advantage resources to enhance R＆D, strengthen team building and improve innovation.
