摘　　要：目的探讨抗癫痫药物超敏反应综合征的临床特点、原因、常见致敏药物及处置,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索1997-2017年国内外医药期刊报道的抗癫痫类药物超敏反应综合征个案报道,进行统计和分析。结果相关案例报道共64例,临床表现以皮肤损害、血液系统异常、发热多见,还可能累及多个器官。治疗上以抗过敏对症支持治疗,静脉应用糖皮质激素以及静注人免疫球蛋白为主。除1例患者死亡外,其余病情均缓解。结论口服抗癫痫药物是治疗癫痫的关键手段,临床医师、药师在患者服药期间应密切关注超敏反应的发生,确保患者用药安全。Objective To investigate the clinical feature, reasons, common sensitization drugs and treatment of anticonvulsant hypersensitivity syndrome （AHS）, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The literatures on antiepileptic drug hypersensitivity syndrome reported by domestic and foreign medical journal from 1997 to 2017 were reviewed. Results A total of 64 cases were reported. The clinical manifestations included skin damage, abnormal blood system, fever, and involved multiple organs. The treatment was mainly based on anti-allergy symptomatic treatment, intravenous use of glucocorticoid and human immunoglobulin. Except for one death, the rest were relieved. Conclusion Oral antiepileptic drugs are the key to treat epilepsy. Doctors and pharmacists should pay close attention to the occurrence of hypersensitivity reactions during the drug administration, and ensure the safety of the patients.
