体育特色小镇建设的理论阐释与实践路径——基于现代产业集群视角

摘　　要：对体育特色小镇建设进行理论阐释,认为体育特色小镇是体育产业集群发展的新形态,是融合地区特色资源形成的具有鲜明特色的现代产业集群平台。多规合一、差异化、项目包化、跨界融合和建立共同体参与机制等路径可以有效促进产业集群中心的形成,催生产业集群的溢出功能,实现体育特色小镇在新常态下支撑区域经济新发展、促进新型城镇化建设、提升群众生活质量的价值作用。The paper makes theoretical analysis of sports towns. The sports town is a new form of group development of sports industries and modern industry group platform supported by local resources. Integration, difference, project, cross industry integration and participation mechanism can help create the industry cluster center, promote the spill over func tion of the industry cluster and improve the living standard.
