摘　　要：急性外伤性小脑内血肿罕见。本文报告3例儿童病例,经手术治疗,2例痊愈,1例死亡.病人术前有脑干症状,CT扫描见鞍上池受压,环池,四叠体池闭塞以及三脑室以上脑室明显扩大者提示预后不良。Three cases of acute traumatic intracerebellar hematoma in children were reported. Two patients reeovered and one died. Evident brain stem symptoms and CT manifestations, such as distortion of the suprasellar cistern, closure of the circular and the quadrigeminal cisternae and dilatation of the ventricular structurc above the third ventricle indicate poor prognosis.
