摘 要:目的 研究两头尖的化学成分。方法 通过硅胶柱色谱 ,大孔树脂柱色谱及高压液相色谱等方法分离两头尖各部分提取物 ,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化学结构。结果 从两头尖根茎中分离得到 9个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :2 7 hydroxyolean 1 2 (1 3) en 2 8 oic acid 3 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 2 ) α L arabinopyranoside (1 ) ,五加苷K(eleutherosideK ,2 ) ,oleanolicacid 3 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 2 ) [β D glucopyranosyl (1→ 4) ] α L arabinopyranoside(3) ,桦树脂醇 (betulin ,4) ,桦树脂酸 (betulicacid ,5) ,乙酰齐敦果酸 (acetyloleamolicacid ,6) ,卫矛醇 (evonymitol,7) ,齐敦果酸 (oleamolicacid ,8) ,薯蓣皂苷元 (diosgenin ,9)。结论 化合物 1为新化合物 ,命名为raddeanoside 1 2。化合物 3~AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel, so as to find new active compounds. METHODS The ethanol extracts of the rhizome of Anemone raddeana were obtained by sil ica column, HPLC. The structures of the compounds were elucidated by means of ph ysico chemical method and spectral analysis (IR, FAB MS, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, DEPT, 1H 1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC). RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 27 hydroxyolean 12(13) en 28 oic acid 3 O α L rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) α L arabinopyra noside (1), eleutheroside K (2), Oleanolic acid 3 O α L rhamnop yranosyl (1→2) [β D glucopyranosyl (1→4)] α L arabinopyran oside (3), betulin (4), betulic acid (5), acetyloleamolic acid (6), evonymitol (7), oleamolic acid (8) and diosgenin (9). CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound, named raddeanoside 12. Comp ounds 3~7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
