摘 要:为解决低渗透油藏水平井因能量下降快而导致的开采效果变差的问题,通过现场施工经验和数值模拟技术相结合的手段,对水平井CO_2吞吐工艺进行深入研究:针对研究区块储层和地下流体特性,考虑各种水平井CO_2吞吐过程中可能发生的影响因素,提出防CO_2腐蚀、防冻堵和安全控制的治理对策。并对CO_2吞吐参数进行了优化,结果表明:采用周期注入量为500~800t、注入速度为40~50t·d^(-1)、焖井时间为15~20d和前期高后期低的放喷速度时,CO_2吞吐效果较好。通过现场实施水平井CO_2吞吐41井次,有效31井次,初期单井日产油增加1.8t,增油效果明显。该研究可为其他同类油藏开展水平井CO_2吞吐增油提供指导。In order to solve the problem that the horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoirs are degraded due to rapid energy decline, a combination of on-site construction experience and numerical simulation techniques is used to conduct in-depth research on horizontal well CO2 sorption processes. Block reservoirs and underground fluid characteristics, taking into account the possible influencing factors in the CO2 uptake process of various horizontal wells, proposed countermeasures against CO2 corrosion, freezing plugging and safety control. The CO2 throughput parameters were optimized. The results showed that when the injection rate was 500-800t, the injection rate was 40-50t·d-1, the decanting time was 15-20 days, and the injection rate was low in the early high stage, CO2 The throughput is better. Through on-site implementation of horizontal well CO2 throughput 41 wells, effective 31 wells, the initial single well daily oil production increased by 1.8t, significant oil increase effect. This study can provide guidance for the development of horizontal well CO2 stimulation and enrichment in other similar oil reservoirs.
