摘  要:在复合硫酸盐催化剂的条件下,由丙酸和正丁醇合成了高收率的丙酸丁酯。文章研究了复合硫酸盐催化剂使用量、丙酸用量和反应的时间,带水剂的选择等因素对催化合成丙酸丁酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,当丙酸和正丁醇摩尔比为1∶1.45和复合硫酸盐n_(Fe_2(SO_4)_3):n_(K_2SO_4)为3∶1、带水剂7mL时,回流反应分水68min,酯收率为99%,为最佳条件。In this paper, it studies dosage of composite Inorganic salts catalyst, n-butyl alcohol dosage and response time, with admixture of select catalytic synthesis of n-butylpropionate and other factors on the yield effects under conditions of water combined with Composite Inorganic salts catalyst, n-butyl alcoholl alcohol and propyl acid by high-yield synthesis of n-butylpropionate . Experimental results demonstrate that Ester yields was upto 99.0% for the best conditions, when n (acid): n (ethanol) was 1:1.45, and composite Inorganic salts is n(Fe2(SO4)3 :n(K2O4)= 3.0:1, 7mL reaction returning water, reaction time68min.
