摘　　要：目的分析自体脂肪细胞移植技术在面部年轻化的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年3月在我院进行面部年轻化的的72例患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各组36例,对照组采用常规除皱手术,观察组采用自体脂肪细胞移植技术,对两组患者术后效果。结果观察组治疗后面部填充情况明显优于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对皮肤老化患者应用自体脂肪细胞移植技术能够有效的使其实现面部年轻化,且术后并发症发生率较低,值得进一步推广应用。Objective to analyze the effect of autologous fat cell transplantation on facial rejuvenation. Methods 72 patients with facial rejuvenation in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases of each group. The control group was treated with conventional wrinkleremoving surgery and autologous fat cell transplantation in the observation group. The results were compared between two groups of patients after operation. Results The facial filling after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group, and the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the application of autologous fat cell transplantation in skin aging patients can effectively make the facial rejuvenation, and the postoperative complication rate is low, which is worthy of further application.
