摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下射频治疗下鼻道鼻出血的临床特点、方法、疗效。方法回顾性分析广州市番禺区中心医院耳鼻咽喉科2015年10月27日至2017年10月27日在鼻内镜下治疗的下鼻道鼻出血65例,鼻内镜下检查,明确出血点后采用鼻内镜下射频止血。结果所有患者一次性治愈达100%。随访3个月无复发,无不良并发症。结论鼻内镜下射频治疗下鼻道鼻出血效果好,患者痛苦小,容易接受,临床上值得广泛推广应用。Objective to investigate the clinical features, methods and therapeutic effects of nasal endoscopic radiofrequency ablation of nasal bleeding. Methods retrospective analysis of Guangzhou Fanyu District Central Hospital ENT Department October 27, 2015 to October 27, 2017 under nasal endoscope for the treatment of 65 cases of lower nasal bleeding. The nasal endoscopic examination was performed to clarify the bleeding point and the radiofrequency hemostasis under nasal endoscope was used. Results all patients had a one-time cure of up to 100%. No recurrence was observed for 3 months followed by no adverse complications. Conclusion nasal endoscopic radiofrequency ablation of nasal bleeding has a good effect. The patient is small and easy to accept. It is worthy of wide application in clinic.
