摘 要:密闭环境内铅酸蓄电池充电期间产生硫酸雾等有害成分,对人员和设备危害较大,本文针对蓄电池充电产生硫酸雾对人员和设备的影响,研究建立了蓄电池充电产生硫酸雾的离子色谱法检测方法,并对蓄电池充电过程产生硫酸雾的规律进行研究,为开展蓄电池优化设计和硫酸雾治理提供依据。Harmful ingredients such as sulfuric acid mist generated from the charging of lead-acid battery cause great damage to personnel and equipment in closed space. In order to study the influence of sulfuric acid mist generated from the charging of lead-acid battery to the personnel and equipment, the ion chromatography method for the detection of sulfuric acid mist was established, and the release rule of sulfuric acid mist during the charging process was also studied. The results in this paper provide a basis for the optimization design of lead-acid battery and treatment of sulfuric acid mist.
