摘 要:采用DOE(design of experience)对汽车A柱上饰板进行翘曲变形分析,通过Moldflow软件对经验参数模拟,发现收缩不均对制品翘曲变形影响最大,进一步分析得出Z方向的翘曲变形最大,将Z方向的翘曲变形作为DOE试验的优化指标。2次应用DOE对工艺参数进行优化,得到制品翘曲变形最小的工艺参数,采用该工艺参数注射制品,并对制品进行3D扫描,对比A柱上饰板的3D扫描图与三维设计图,结果表明,采用该优化参数后制品的翘曲变形不超过3.2 mm。The DOE (design of experience) was used to analyze the warpage of A-pillar pan- el. Through the simulation of empirical parameters by Moldflow software, it was found that the effect of shrinkage unevenness on the warpage of the product was the greatest, and the warpage on the Z direction was the largest by the further analysis. So warping deforma- tion in the Z direction was used as an optimization index in DOE experiments. The DOE were used twice to optimize the process parameters to obtain the best process parameters that made the warping deformation of the product was the minimum. Then the injection forming product was performed by using the best process parameters and the 3D scanning was finished. The 3D scanning pattern was compared with 3D design pattern of the A-pil- lar panel. The results showed that the warpage of product was less than 3.2 mm with the optimized parameters.
