摘  要:分析了夹子零件的成形工艺,介绍了零件的排样设计及弯曲成形的方式,确定多工位级进模的总体结构;还介绍了模具关键部位与技术难点以及主要成形零件设计与制造。模具结构设计合理,自动化程度高,实践证明该模具结构稳定、可靠,能保证零件的成形质量,对此类零件的模具设计提供一定的参考。The forming process of a clip was analyzed, and the layout design and bending way were presented. The general structure of a multi-position progressive die was deter- mined. Also, the key parts of the die and technical difficulties, and main parts design and manufactur were presented. The die structure was designed reasonably. Practice proved that the die structure was stable and reliable, which could ensure product quality and pro- vide references for the die design of such parts.
