摘　　要：裂解炉是平衡氧氯化法制氯乙烯的主要设备之一,由于裂解所需温度很高,故其内部耐火水泥的浇筑质量将直接影响到裂解炉的寿命以及运行成本。本文对裂解炉耐火水泥的特点、浇筑过程、注意事项等都做了初步的论述。EDC cracking furnace is one of the major equipment in VCM production which utilizes the balanced oxychlorination process. Because of the extremely high temperature requirement in the furnace,so the effectiveness of the interior refractory cement casting will directly affect the lifetime as well as the operational cost of the furnace. In this article,we are going to give you a preliminary discussion among the trait,casting procedure and precaution of the refractory cement to be used in the furnace.
