西药临床合理用药的安全性与应对策略

摘　　要：目的了解临床合理用药存在的安全性隐患及对应干预措施。方法本院自2016年开始对西医临床用药落实对应管理措施,随机于落实前后各抽取200张西药处方分别设为对照组(落实前)、观察组(落实后),通过分析后归纳西医临床合理用药的安全性问题和监督方法。结果相对于对照组,观察组在西药合理用药方面相关指标均有显著优越性(P<0.05)。结论临床实践中,医院要制定并严格遵循用药管理相关条例,确保用药能够有效改善患者病情,确保医院和谐、可持续发展。Objective To understand the security risks and corresponding intervention measures of clinical rational drug use. Methods Since 2016, our hospital has implemented corresponding management measures for clinical use of western medicine. 200 prescriptions of Western medicine were randomLy selected as control group（before implementation） and 200 prescriptions as observation group（after implementation）. After analysis, safety problems and supervision methods of rational clinical use of Western medicine were summarized. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significant superiority in the rational use of Western medicine related indicators（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical practice, hospitals should formulate and strictly abide by the relevant regulations on medication management to ensure that medication can effectively improve the patient＇s condition and ensure the harmonious and sustainable development of the hospital.
