责任制整体护理在糖尿病护理服务中应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价责任制整体护理在糖尿病护理服务中的应用效果。方法将我院2016年5月至2017年11月收治的108例糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,予以对照组患者常规糖尿病护理,予以试验组责任制整体护理,护理周期均为2个月,比较两组患者护理前后的血糖达标率以及护理结束后3个月的治疗依从性、疾病自我管理能力。结果两组护理前的血糖达标率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),试验组护理后的血糖达标率为92.59%,高于对照组的70.37%(P<0.05),护理结束后3个月的治疗依从率为94.44%,疾病自我管理能力评分为(73.86±4.02)分,高于对照组患者的81.48%、(68.11±4.17)分(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理在糖尿病护理服务中的应用,能够进一步提高患者疾病自我管理能力,改善患者疾病管理效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of holistic nursing care in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 108 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group were given routine diabetes care, and patients in the experimental group were given responsibility holistic care. The nursing cycles were 2 months. The blood glucose standard rate before and after nursing and 3 months after nursing were compared between the two groups. Treatment compliance and disease self-management ability. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood glucose before nursing（P〉0.05）. The blood glucose after nursing in the experimental group was 92.59%, which was higher than 70.37% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The treatment compliance rate at 3 months after nursing was 94.44%, and the disease self-management ability score was（73.86±4.02）, which was higher than that in the control group. The patients were 81.48% and（68.11±4.17） points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of responsibility holistic nursing in diabetes nursing service can further improve patients＇ disease self-management ability and improve the effect of disease management.
