循证护理干预在CT增强扫描检查中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理干预在CT增强扫描检查中的作用。方法选取我院收治的42例进行CT增强扫描检查患者作为研究对象,并随机分为两组,对其实施不同的护理措施。一组仅实施常规护理,另一组在常规护理基础上加以循征护理干预。结果研究发现,观察组患者出现异常症状(Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类)的例数及患者满意度均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论对进行CT增强扫描检查的患者实施循证护理干预可有效控制不良反应的发生,提高患者满意度,宜大力推广。Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing intervention in CT enhanced scanning. Methods 42 patients who underwent enhanced CT scanning in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomLy divided into two groups, which were given different nursing measures. One group only received routine nursing, while the other group received evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Results The study found that the number of patients with abnormal symptoms（class Ⅰ, class Ⅱ, class Ⅲ） and patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for patients undergoing enhanced CT scanning can effectively control the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction, and should be vigorously promoted.
