摘  要:目的研究分析视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的200例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予视网膜激光光凝术进行治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果所有患者经治疗后的视力恢复情况:视力降低者11(5.5%)例,临床治疗总有效率为94.5%。所有患者均未出现视网膜脱落等情况;且未发生视网膜出血、眼压升高及晶状体混浊等并发症。结论做好针对该疾病的早期治疗对降低致盲率,促进患者健康恢复有着积极作用。当前在临床中主要有药物治疗、激光光凝治疗、冷凝治疗等方式,激光光凝治疗作为治疗该病症最好的方式,对糖尿病视网膜病变患者行视网膜激光光凝术治疗,能有效改善患者视力水平,其临床治疗效果显著,值得在临床中推广并应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of retinal laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. All patients were treated with retinal laser photocoagulation to observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results Vision recovery after treatment in all patients: 11(5.5%) patients with reduced vision, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 94.5%. No retinal detachment occurred in all patients; no complications such as retinal hemorrhage, elevated intraocular pressure, and lens opacity occurred. Conclusion Early treatment of this disease has a positive effect on reducing the blindness rate and promoting the healthy recovery of patients. At present, there are mainly medical treatment, laser photocoagulation treatment, condensation treatment, etc. Laser photocoagulation is the best way to treat the disease. Retinal laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the patient's vision. Level, its clinical treatment effect is significant, it is worth promoting and applying in the clinic.
