摘 要:目的使用新型的健康教育方式-可视化健教结合常规健教对患者进行健康教育,观察其对患者自我护理能力,患者知、信、行能力,患者及其家属满意度的影响。方法纳入我院住院患者296例,年龄18~74岁,根据健康教育方式不同随机分为对照组与观察组,各148例。对照组采用病房常规使用的健教方式,由责任护士给患者进行宣教,实验组采用可视化健教结合常规健教方式对患者进行健康教育。结果两组患者宣教后统计分值均有所提高,且实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可视化健教结合常规健康教育能够提高患者自我护理能力,提高患者知、信、行能力,提高患者及家属满意度。Objective The use of new health education mode-visual health education combined with routine health education for patients' health education. Observe the effect on self-care ability, knowledge, belief, behavior ability and satisfaction of patients and their families. Methods Two hundred and ninety-six hospitalized patients, aged 18-74 years, were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different health education methods, each of 148 cases. The control group was given routine health education in the ward, and the responsible nurses were given health education to the patients. The experimental group was given health education by visual health education combined with routine health education. Results The scores of the two groups were increased after the propaganda and education, and the experimental group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Visual health education combined with routine health education can improve the self-care ability of patients, improve the ability of knowledge, trust and conduct of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
