采用spacer经鼻吸入糖皮质激素对儿童过敏性鼻-支气管炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究采用spacer经鼻吸入糖皮质激素治疗儿童过敏性鼻-支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 145例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予常规吸入布地奈德治疗和采用spacer吸入布地奈德治疗。治疗后,对比两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(91.78%vs 61.11%,P<0.05);治疗组患儿鼻出血、鼻腔干燥、咽部不适及声音嘶哑不良反应显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用spacer经鼻吸入布地奈德治疗儿童过敏性鼻-支气管炎,安全有效。Objective To study the clinical effect of nasal inhalation of glucocorticoid with spacer for allergic rhinitis-bronchitis children. Methods 145 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group, received conventional treatment with inhaled budesonide and budesonide with spacer inhaled each group. After treatment, Comparison the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the observation group significantly higher than the treatment group（91.78% vs 61.11%, P〈0.05）, while the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nasal inhalation of budesonide in children with allergic rhinitis-bronchitis is safe and effective.
