炎琥宁注射剂发生不良反应的相关因素及对策

摘　　要：目的探析炎琥宁注射剂临床应用过程中常见不良反应诱发因素和对应处理手段。方法选本院2015年2月至2018年4月应用炎琥宁注射液治疗且出现其诱发不良反应症状患者为分析对象,在该群体中随机抽取50例并对其相关临床数据以回顾性方式进行分析并归纳用药过程出现不良因素的相关因素。结果出现炎琥宁注射液不良反应患者分布于各个年龄阶段,最常见的为0～10岁患儿群体,占所有患者比例46.0%(23/50);药物不良反应较为常见是对多系统器官造成侵袭,其中皮肤系统相关不良反应占据比例偏高,为42.0%(21/50);在应用炎琥宁注射液后10min内出现不良反应居多,占比例56.0%(28/50),最快是在用药后1min即出现相关不良反应,最晚是在用药后12d。结论应用炎琥宁注射液有一定风险出现相关不良反应,在治疗过程中应该保持重视,密切观察患者相关临床体征,保障用药的安全性。Objective To analyze the common adverse reaction factors and corresponding treatment methods in the clinical application of Yanhuning injection. Methods Patients who were treated with Yanhuning injection and who developed symptoms of adverse reactions were selected from February 2015 to April 2018. 50 patients were randomly selected from this group and their clinical data were reviewed. Sexually analyze and summarize the relevant factors of adverse factors in the medication process. Results Patients with adverse reactions of Yanhuning injection were distributed in all ages, the most common group of children aged 0～10 years, accounting for 46.0%（23/50） of all patients; adverse drug reactions were more common. Invasion caused by multiple system organs, the proportion of skin system-related adverse reactions was high, 42.0%（21/50）; most of the adverse reactions occurred within 10 minutes after the application of Yanhuning injection, accounting for 56.0%（28/50）, the fastest is the occurrence of adverse reactions 1 minute after the drug, the latest is 12 d after the drug. Conclusion The application of Yanhuning injection has certain risks and related adverse reactions. It should be paid attention to during the treatment process. The clinical signs of patients should be closely observed to ensure the safety of medication.
