摘　　要：系统研究了不同少胶云母带及绕包结构等对高压电机绝缘结构性能的影响。采用薄膜云母带和玻璃布云母带混包结构,开发了10 kV高压电机少胶超薄绝缘结构,使主绝缘明显减薄,可降低制造成本,提升产品市场竞争力。The introduces the effects of different low-glue mica tapes and wrap structures on the performance of high-voltage motor insulation structures systematically. The film mica tape and glass cloth mica tape mixed structure are used to develop a 10 kV high-voltage motor with low-glue and ultra-thin insulation structure,which makes the main insulation significantly thinner,and it can reduce the manufacturing cost and enhance the market competitiveness of the product.
