临床护理路径在脑出血护理中的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究临床护理路径在脑出血护理中的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月来我院进行治疗就诊的脑出血患者66例,依据随机数字表法将其分为实验组及参照组,每组患者各33例,参照组患者采用临床护理路径方法进行护理干预,参照组患者采用一般常规性护理方法进行护理干预,依据两组患者所采用的护理干预方法不同,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行对比。结果实验组患者的SAS、SDS评分显著低于参照组,心理健康情况优于参照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。实验组患者的生活质量水平显著优于参照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。实验组患者的护理满意程度显著优于参照组。P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径在脑出血护理中的临床效果较好,值得临床推广及应用。Objective to explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing path in cerebral hemorrhage nursing. Methods 66 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table, and each group had 33 patients. The reference group adopted clinical nursing path method for nursing intervention, and the reference group adopted general routine nursing method for nursing intervention. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared according to the different nursing intervention methods adopted by the two groups of patients. Results the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the reference group, and the mental health status was better than that of the reference group P〈0.05. It has statistical significance. The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group, P〈0.05, which was statistically significant. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, P〈0.05. It has statistical significance. Conclusion the clinical nursing pathway is effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and worthy of clinical application.
