摘　　要：目的探究优质护理对冠状动脉心内支架植入患者术后康复的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院心外科收治的54例冠状动脉心内支架植入术患者作为研究对象,随机分组,观察组27例进行优质护理,对照组27例进行常规护理,对比两组患者术后生存质量和并发症发生率。结果经过生活质量量表的评价,观察组患者的生存质量明显高于对照组患者,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者的并发症发生率为48.15%,对照组患者并发症发生率为70.37%,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论优质护理对冠状动脉心内支架植入患者术后康复具有非常显著的促进作用,能够有效提高患者生存质量,减少并发症发生率,值得进行临床推广应用。Objective to explore the effect of quality nursing care on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery intracardiac stent implantation. Methods from January 2016 to December 2017, 54 cases of coronary heart stent implantation in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study, and they were randomly grouped. 27 patients in the observation group received quality care, and 27 patients in the control group received routine care. The postoperative quality of life and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results after the evaluation of the quality of life scale, the survival quality of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）, showing statistical significance. The incidence of complications was 48.15% in the observation group and 70.37% in the control group, showing a significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion highquality nursing can significantly promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery intracardiac stent implantation, effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
