活血化瘀汤对下肢静脉曲张手术后疼痛及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨活血化瘀汤对下肢静脉曲张手术后疼痛及并发症的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2017年12月在商丘市第一人民医院行手术治疗的下肢静脉曲张患者60例,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规术后处理措施,观察组在对照组基础上予活血化瘀汤治疗,比较两组术后疼痛程度及并发症情况。结果观察组术后3周疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3周并发症发生率(13.33%)低于对照组(36.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予下肢静脉曲张术后患者活血化瘀汤治疗效果显著,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,促进患者恢复。Objective To study the effect of Huoxuehuayu decoction on pain and complications after lower extremity varicose veins（ LEVV） surgery. Methods Toyally 60 cases of LEVV with surgery were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,30 cases in each group. Control group took routine treatment,observation group took Huoxuehuayu decoction based on control group. Postoperative pain degree and complications of two groups were compared. Results Postoperative 3 w pain degree of observation group was slighter than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）; Incidence of postoperative 3 w complications in observation group（ 13. 33%） was lower than that of the control group（ 36. 67%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Huoxuehuayu decoction for LEVV is effective,it can reduce pain degree and complications,promote patients＇ recovery.
