摘 要:船舶航行过程中尾气排放造成了环境的严重污染,降低燃油中的硫含量是最有效的减排措施,因此针对船用燃料油制定了越来越严格的硫含量标准以及建立了排放控制区域,要求从2020年起,全球船舶在排放控制区外使用硫质量分数不高于0. 5%的燃油。采集目前的调合组分直接生产硫质量分数低于0. 5%的残渣型船用燃料油比较困难,必须采用低硫渣油调合生产。介绍了重质油中硫化物的存在种类以及含量,并对传统的催化加氢脱硫(HDS)以及非加氢脱硫技术进行了汇总,对渣油氧化脱硫和活性金属脱硫进行了系统分析,氧化脱硫具有投资和操作费用低、脱硫率高的特点,特别适合直接生产硫质量分数低于0. 5%的残渣型船用燃料油或其调合组分,活性金属脱硫的选择性和效率较高,具有较高的研究价值。During the navigation of the ship, tail gas emissions cause serious environmental pollution, and reducing sulfur content in the fuel is the most effective measure to reduce emissions. Therefore, more standards for sulfur content have been formulated for marine fuel oil and emission control areas have been es- tablished. Ships around the world use fuels with a sulfur content of no higher than 0.5% outside the emission control zone since 2020. Nowadays, it is difficult to produce the marine fuel oil with sulfur lower than 0.5 % from blended component. The low-sulfur residue oil.shall be used. The types and contents of sulfides in heavy oils are introduced, and the conventional catalytic hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and non-hydrogenation desulfu- rization technologies are summarized. The oxidation desulfurization and active metal desulfurization are system- atically analyzed. It shows that oxidation desulfurization has the characteristics of low investment and operation cost and high desulfurization rate. It is especially suitable for the direct production of residual-type ship fuel with sulfur mass fraction less than 0.5% or its blending components. The selectivity and efficiency of desulfu- rization of active metals are high, so it has a higher research value.
