摘　　要：目的:探讨不同静脉滴注速度对甲磺酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液致皮肤血管不良反应的影响。方法:回顾性选取2017年1—7月广州市第一人民医院收治的静脉滴注甲磺酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的感染患者132例,根据静脉滴注速度的不同分为慢速组(20滴/min)、中速组(26滴/min)和快速组(33滴/min),每组44例,观察三组患者皮肤血管不良反应发生情况及患者接受程度。结果:慢速组与中速组患者皮肤血管不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);快速组患者皮肤血管不良反应发生率明显高于慢速组、中速组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢速组与中速组患者接受率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);快速组患者接受率明显低于慢速组、中速组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速组患者静滴时间明显短于慢速组和中速组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将甲磺酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的静脉滴注速度控制在20滴/min内为宜,可减少皮肤血管不良反应。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects intravenous drip of levofloxacin mesylate sodium chloride injection at different speeds on cutaneous vascular adverse reactions. METHODS： 132 patients infected by intravenous drip of levofloxacin mesylate sodium chloride injection admitted into the First People＇s Hospital of Guangzhou from Jan.to Jul. 2017 were retrospectively selected and divided into low speed group（ 20 drops/min）,medium speed group（ 26 drops/min） and fast speed group（ 33 drops/min） according to different speeds of intravenous drip,with 44 cases in each group,the incidences of cutaneous vascular adverse reactions and patients＇ acceptance of three groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： There was no statistical significance in difference of incidences of cutaneous vascular adverse reactions between low speed group and medium speed group（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence of cutaneous vascular adverse reactions of fast speed group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; there was no significance in difference of patients＇ acceptance between low speed group and medium speed group（ P〈0. 05）; the patients＇ acceptance of fast speed group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; the time of intravenous drip of fast speed group was significantly shorter than that of the other two groups,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Intravenous drip of levofloxacin mesylate sodium chloride injection at the speed of 20 drops/min can reduce cutaneous vascular adverse reactions.
