摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血的疗效及对血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选取2015年11月至2017年11月黄石市第二医院收治的急性脑出血患者80例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分组,单号为对照组,双号为观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗。观察两组患者的格拉斯哥昏迷评分(glasgow coma scale,GCS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(national institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)及细胞因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者GCS评分、NIHSS评分较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者CRP、NSE水平较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液能有效改善急性脑出血患者的神经损伤及炎症反应。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage and effects on serum cytokine level. METHODS： 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted into Huangshi the Second Hospital from Nov. 2015 to Nov. 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the admission sequence,with 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group additionally received Xingnaojing injection based on the control group. The Glasgow coma scale（ GCS）,national institutes of health stroke scale（ NIHSS） and cytokine level [C reactive protein（ CRP）,neuron specific neuron specific enolase（ NSE） ]of two groups were observed. RESULTS： After treatment,the GCS,NIHSS score of two groups had been improved significantly compared with before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the CRP and NSE level of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSIONS： Xingnaojing injection can effectively improve the nerve damage and inflammatory response in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
