摘 要:目的:制备奥硝唑温敏型微乳凝胶,考察其性质。方法:将奥硝唑制成微乳液,以胶凝温度及黏附力筛选微乳凝胶基质,并从体外释放度、黏附力和凝胶稳定性进行微乳凝胶性质考察。结果:奥硝唑微乳液与泊洛沙姆P407和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30制成的温敏微乳凝胶,性质稳定,胶凝温度和体外黏附力符合要求,8 h体外累积释放度为87.50%。结论:该法制备的奥硝唑微乳凝胶剂具有性质稳定、可口腔黏附的特点,较片剂释放更完全。Objective To prepare omidazole microemulsion-based thermosensitive gels,to investigate its quality.Methods Omidazole were made microemulsion,the microemulsion-based thermosensitive gels was screened using gelation temperature and adhesive force,the microemulsion-based gels quality was inspected using release degree in vitro、adhesive force and gel stability. Results The microemulsion of omidazole with poloxamer P407 and PVPK30 were made microemulsion-based thermosensitive gels,its quality was stabilization,the gelation temperature and gel adhesive force was pass muster,the accumulated release degree in vitro was 87. 50% in 8 h. Conclusion The preparation of omidazole microemulsion-based gels characteristic was quality stabilization、oral cavity adhensive good,compared with tablet was release completely.
