2015—2017年江苏省中医院制剂用中药饮片应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解江苏省中医院(以下简称"我院")制剂用中药饮片的临床应用情况,为临床合理应用中药饮片及医院制剂提供参考。方法:将制剂用中药饮片分为解表药、清热药及泻下药等19类,采用回顾性分析方法,利用Excel软件对2015—2017年我院制剂用中药饮片的使用数据进行统计分析及排序。结果:2015—2017年我院制剂用中药饮片的使用量分别为224 224.91、258 023.25和445 717.43 kg,拟零售金额分别为2 154.19万元、2 806.46万元和4 529.91万元,呈稳步增长趋势;清热药、化痰止咳平喘药和补益药的使用量排序始终居前3位,其中清热药的使用量最大,使用量排序居前20位的品种中,上述3类共有11种;每年11月至次年1月为用药高峰期。结论:我院医院制剂的使用量逐年增长,制剂用中药饮片的使用量随之增长。应做好制剂用中药饮片使用量的年度分析工作,按特点合理采购制剂用中药饮片,同时考虑季节性影响因素,在保障临床需要的基础上不积压库存,减少浪费,降低成本。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） decoction pieces in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide references for rational clinical application of TCM decoction pieces and hospital preparation. METHODS： The TCM decoction pieces were divided into 19 categories,such as solution medicine,heat medicine and diarrhea medicine. Retrospective analysis method was adopted,EXCLE software was used to statistically analyse and sort the application data of TCM decoction pieces collected during 2015-2017. RESULTS： The consumption amount of TCM decoction pieces in our hospital during 2015-2017 were respectively 224 224. 91,258 023. 25 and 445 717. 43 kg,and the proposed retail value were respectively 21. 541 9 million yuan,28. 064 6 million yuan and 45. 299 1 million yuan,which were in an increasing tendency. The consumption amount of antipyretic, antiphlegm, antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs dominated the top 3 places,among which antiphlegm drugs took the lead; of the top 20 categories in the ranking of consumption amount,there were 11 of these 3 categories. The peak period was from Nov. to Jan. in each year.CONCLUSIONS： The application of TCM decoction pieces in our hospital has been increasing year by year,and the consumption amount of TCM decoction pieces for preparation has increased accordingly. It is necessary to do a good job on annual TCM decoction pieces consumption amount analysis,purchase rational amount of TCM decoction pieces according to the characteristics,consider the seasonal factors at the same time,and ensure the clinical needs are not overstocked on the basis of inventory,reduce waste and decrease costs.
