摘　　要：目的:了解中山大学肿瘤防治中心(下文简称"我院")抗肿瘤抗生素应用情况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:统计2013—2016年我院抗肿瘤抗生素的销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)及药品销售金额排序(B)/DDDs排序(A)的比值,进而分析我院抗肿瘤抗生素的应用情况。结果:2013—2016年我院抗肿瘤抗生素中,除丝裂霉素外,其他药品的销售金额、DDDs呈逐年递增趋势,多柔比星脂质体、表柔比星及吡柔比星的销售金额排序、DDDs排序连续4年均居前3位;抗肿瘤抗生素的DDC及排序较为稳定,多柔比星脂质体的DDC排序持续4年居首位;多柔比星脂质体、表柔比星及吡柔比星的B/A连续4年均为1.00,其他药品的B/A接近1.00。结论:我院抗肿瘤抗生素的总体使用基本符合要求,符合安全、有效、经济和方便的用药原则。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status and trend of antitumor antibiotics in Cancer Center of Sun Yat-Sen University （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）, so as to provide reference for the rational application of drugs. METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on application data of antitumor antibiotics during 2013-2016, in terms of consumption sum, defined daily dose system （ DDDs）, defined daily cost （ DDC ） and ordering of the sales amount of drugs （B）/ordering of DDDs （ A）, furthermore, the application of antitumor antibiotics in our hospital was analyzed. RESULTS： During 2013-2016, except for mitomycin, the consumption sum and DDDs of other drugs were in an increasing tendency. The consumption sum and DDDs of doxorubicin liposomes, epirubicin and pyirubicin dominated the top three places for four years. The DDC and ranking of antitumor antibiotics was stable, the DDC of doxorubicin liposomes took the lead for four years. The B/A of doxorubicin liposomes, epirubicin and pyirubicin were 1.00 for four years, the B/A of other drugs were close to 1.00. CONCLUSIONS： The overall application of antitumor antibiotics in our hospital basically meets the requirements and conforms to the principles of safe, effective, economical and convenient application of drugs.
