2013—2017年如皋市中医院活血化瘀类中药饮片应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解近5年来如皋市中医院(以下简称"我院")活血化瘀类中药饮片的使用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:调取我院药品信息管理系统中2013—2017年的药品使用数据,对活血化瘀类中药饮片及其各亚类、各品种的使用量、销售金额及构成比等进行统计分析。结果:2013—2017年我院活血化瘀类中药饮片使用量占中药饮片使用量的比例平均为(9.79±1.64)%,相对稳定;活血化瘀类中药饮片销售金额占中药饮片销售金额的比例下降幅度大;各亚类中,活血调经药的使用量构成比(57.42%~60.57%)、销售金额构成比(49.64%~57.64%)均最高,其次为活血止痛药;丹参、川芎的使用量排序均居前2位;除2015年外,其余各年红花的销售金额排序均居首位。结论:我院活血化瘀类中药饮片使用量占中药饮片使用量的比例基本稳定,其销售金额占中药饮片销售金额的比例呈下降趋势,使用基本合理。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status and development tendency of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） decoction pieces for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Rugao Hospital of TCM（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational application of drugs in clinic.METHODS： Application data were extracted from medicine management system of our hospital during 2013-2017.Statistical analysis was conducted on TCM decoction pieces for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and its various subtypes, consumption amount, consumption sum and constituent ratio of various categories.RESULTS： During 2013-2017,the proportion of the consumption amount of TCM decoction pieces for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis accounted for（ 9. 79 ± 1. 64） % of TCM decoction pieces,which was relatively stable. The proportion of the consumption sum of TCM decoction pieces for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in TCM decoction pieces decreased greatly. Of various subtypes,the constituent ratio of consumption amount of drugs for blood-activating in menstruation was（ 57. 42%-60. 57%）,the constituent ratio of consumption sum was（ 49. 64%-57. 64%）,both of which took the lead and followed by drugs for blood circulation and painkiller. The consumption amount of danshen and chuanxiong dominated the top two places. Except for 2015,the consumption sum of flos carthami took the lead. CONCLUSIONS： The proportion of consumption amount of TCM decoction pieces for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in TCM decoction pieces is basically stable,yet the proportion of consumption of consumption sum is in an decreasing tendency,the application is basically rational.
