摘  要:根据中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司1. 8 Mt/a连续重整装置的实际运行情况,从原料和催化剂再生注氯方面分析了氯的来源,阐述了氯对装置预加氢系统的结盐和腐蚀、机泵密封结盐、加热炉火嘴堵塞、苯抽提溶剂劣化、下游制氢装置压缩机结盐等的影响。通过预加氢注水防止结盐和腐蚀,将酸性水p H值控制在5. 5~8. 0;通过控制注氯量、增加脱氯措施将脱氯后氢气中氯化氢体积分数控制在0. 1μL/L左右;控制催化剂中氯质量分数在1. 1%左右;通过机泵冲洗油改造改善机泵密封结盐;通过在线溶剂净化改善溶剂质量。上述措施的实施为装置的长周期平稳运行提供了保障。According to the actual operation of a 1. 8 MM TPY continuous reforming unit in SINOPEC Qingdao Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the sources of chlorine are analyzed in respect of feedstocks and catalyst regeneration by chlorine addition. The impacts of chlorine on salt deposition and corrosion in pre-hydrogenation system,salt deposition of pump mechanical seal,blockage of fire nozzles of heating furnace,solvent degradation of benzene extraction unit and salt set-out of hydrogen compressor are described. The PH value of sour water is controlled within 5. 5 ~ 8 by water injection in pre-hydrotreating to prevent salt deposition and corrosion. Hydrogen chloride content of hydrogen is controlled to about 0. 1 μL/L by control of chlorine injection and addition of dechlorination facilities. Chlorine content of catalyst is controlled to about 1. 1% by controlling chlorine injection. Salt deposition on pump mechanical seal is minimized by retrofitting flushing oil system. Solvent quality is improved by on-line purification. All these have provided good conditions for the longterm stable operation of the unit.
