摘 要:对中海石油舟山石化有限公司2. 4 Mt/a延迟焦化装置的干气脱硫系统胺液损耗原因进行分析,发现造成胺液损失的主要原因是贫液温度过高造成胺液的蒸发损失过大;干气脱硫塔上部塔盘负荷过大和塔盘堵塞导致塔盘压力降升高,进而引起的冲塔携带造成的胺液的跑损;燃料气分液罐气相进料位置设计过低,造成胺液不能及时回收而引起的损失。结合装置实际情况采取了针对性的整改措施,包括将胺液温度从45℃降低到32℃;增加干气脱硫塔贫液的中部进料流程;对堵塞塔盘进行在线清理;改造燃料气分液罐切液流程等措施,使装置的胺液吨油单耗从原来的27 g/t原料下降到23 g/t原料,下降约15%,以该延迟焦化装置为基础进行测算,脱硫剂年累计总耗减少9. 6 t,取得了良好的节能减排效果。The causes of amine loss in the dry gas desulfurization system of a 2. 4 MM TPY delayed coking unit of Sinopec Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. are analyzed. It is found that the main cause of the loss of the amine liquid is the excessive evaporation loss of the amine liquid caused by the high temperature of the lean liquid. The excessive load of the tower tray in the upper part of the dry gas desulfurization tower and the plugging of the tray have resulted in the increase of the pressure drop of the tray,which has led to the loss of liquid amine from carry-over of flooding tower. The design of the gas feed inlet of gas knock-out drum is too low and liquid amine can not be timely recovered which leads to the losses. Based upon the actual conditions of the unit,the corresponding measures have been taken,such as the temperature of the amine liquid is reduced from 45 ℃ to 32 ℃,the middle feeding flow of the poor liquid of the dry gas desulphurization tower is added,the plugged trays are cleaned up on line,and the flow process of the fuel gas tank is revamped. As the result,the consumption of the liquid amine is lowered from the original 27 g/t feed to 23 g/t feed,which is about 15% lower. For the 2. 4 MM TPY delayed coking unit of CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,the annual consumption of desulfurization agents is reduced by about 9. 6 tons. Good results have been achieved in energy saving and emission reduction.
