摘  要:淮安清江石油化工有限责任公司为满足油品质量升级、压减普通柴油和提升效益目标,采用中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院LTAG技术模式Ⅰ并对相关装置进行技改。2018年1月10日,按设计要求初运行,出现1号催化裂化装置因催化反应热平衡失衡和反应产物分布与设计偏差太大的问题,难以稳定运行;经调整进料方式后,加工100 t加氢催化裂化柴油和减压渣油(64:36)可产出25 t液化石油气、70 t催化裂化汽油和4 t催化裂化干气,经济效益巨大。技改后的工艺为LTAG技术的新应用,即催化裂化柴油、减压渣油的新转化工艺;简述了上述工艺特点和适用性,提出了对柴油加氢装置、1号催化装置升级为催化裂解装置的优化思路。In order to upgrade the quality of oil product such as gasoline and diesel to improve the economic benefits of the operation,RIPP's LTAG process I has been applied in a revamping unit of Qingjiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.. When the unit was started up in January 10,2018 according to engineering requirements,the 1#FCC unit suffered from serious reaction heat in-balance,and the reaction product distribution is much different from design specifications. It is difficult to maintain a stable operation of the unit. After adjustment of the feed-in process and when 100 tons of LCO and vacuum residue( 64∶ 36) are processed,25 tons of LPG,70 tons of FCC gasoline and 4 tons of FCC dry gas can be produced. The economic benefit is significant. The process characteristics and applicability are described,and the optimizations of diesel hydrotreating unit and 1#FCC unit are recommended.
