摘 要:介绍JT-1G加氢精制催化剂在中国石油化工股份有限公司石家庄炼化分公司10 kt/a制氢装置上的工业应用情况,分析了该剂在初期预硫化、床层温升控制的状况。JT-1G催化剂的氢活化升温活化过程中,在其温升小于30℃时可提温。当催化剂床层升温过快、过高时,应停止配氢,加大循环气量或放空,降低催化剂床层的温升。当装置现有工艺条件无法满足硫化的最高温度时,可引进适量焦化干气以提高反应器床层温度,且硫化效果良好。加氢催化剂运行5 a后,混合气经过加氢、氧化锌脱硫后,仍可获得烯烃体积分数为0、硫质量浓度小于0. 7 mg/m3的脱硫气,催化剂仍保持良好的活性,满足生产需要。The commercial application of JT-1G hydrofining catalyst in a 10,000 TPY hydrogen generation plant of SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd. is introduced. The pre-sulfiding and the control of temperature rise in the hydrofining reactor bed in the early stage of operation are analyzed. In the process of temperature rise activation of JT-1 G catalyst,the temperature can be elevated when the temperature rise is lower than 30 ℃. When the catalyst bed temperature rises too high and too rapidly,the hydrogen supply shall be stopped. The gas recycle shall be increased or vented so as to reduce the temperature rise of the catalyst bed. When the process conditions of existing unit can not meet the maximum temperature requirement of sulfiding of catalysts,it is feasible to introduce appropriate amount of coker dry gas to raise the temperature of reactor bed. The pre-sulfiding results are good. After 5 years' operation of the hydrogenation catalysts and after the hydrogenation and desulfurization by zinc oxides for the mixed gas,the gas with sulfur lower than 0.7 mg/m~3 and with no olefins can be obtained. Good activity is maintained for the catalyst,which meet the operation requirements.
