摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗急性白血病的疗效及对患者T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4^+/CD8^+)、血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素(IL)的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年7月潜江市中心医院收治的急性白血病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者单独采用化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用参芪扶正注射液。观察两组患者的临床疗效,T淋巴细胞亚群、IFN-γ、IL-2和IL-10水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总缓解率为90.00%(36/40),明显高于对照组的82.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IFN-γ及IL-2水平明显高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,IL-10水平明显低于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为27.50%(11/40)、30.00%(12/40),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗急性白血病的疗效显著,可改善患者的免疫功能。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of acute leukemia and its effects on T lymphocyte subsets（ CD4 ＋,CD8 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋）,serum interferon-γ（ IFN-γ） and interleukin（ IL）. METHODS： 80 patients with acute leukemia admitted into Jul. 2015 to Jul. 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each. The control group was given chemotherapy, while the observation group additionally received shenqifuzheng injection based on the control group. The clinical efficacy,T lymphocyte subsets,IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-10 levels and adverse drug reactions were observed in two groups. RESULTS： The overall response rate of observation group was 90. 00%（ 36/40）,significantly higher than that of control group 82. 50%（ 29/40）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,IFN-γ and IL-2 in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group after treatment,the IL-10 level was significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment, with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 27. 50%（ 11/40） and 30. 00%（ 12/40）,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of acute leukemia is significant,which can improve patients＇ immune function.
