摘　　要：目的:探讨阿司匹林肠溶片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月解放军第四五五医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组患者给予阿司匹林肠溶片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及发作间隔时间。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为94.00%(47/50),明显高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及发作间隔时间较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者上述指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林肠溶片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病心绞痛,可显著提高临床疗效。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with Clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. METHODS： 100 patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris admitted into the 455 th Hospital of Chinese People＇s Liberation Army from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with Aspirin enteric-coated tablets,while the observation group received Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with Clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets. The clinical efficacy,times,duration and interval of angina attacks in two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 94. 00%（ 47/50）,significantly higher than that of control group [76. 00%（ 38/50） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the times,duration and interval of angina attacks in two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the above indicators in observation group were significantly better than those in control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
