摘　　要：目的:了解曲靖市妇幼保健院(以下简称"我院")麻醉药品的使用情况及合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2015—2017年我院麻醉药品的使用量、销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)和限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:2015—2017年,除枸橼酸芬太尼注射液(0.1 mg)、盐酸哌替啶注射液(50 mg)的使用量逐年降低外,其余品种的使用量均呈升高趋势;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液(0.05 mg)、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼(1 mg)的销售金额排序均居前2位;盐酸吗啡注射液(10 mg)的DDDs排序在2016年、2017年均居第2位。结论:我院麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,应在遵循用药原则的前提下加强管理,使麻醉药品的临床应用更加合理化、规范化。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status and rationality of narcotics in Qujing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic. METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on consumption amount,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs） and defined daily cost（ DDC） in our hospital during 2015-2017. RESULTS： During2015-2017,except for the application of fentanyl citrate injection（ 0. 1 mg） and pethidine hydrochloride injection（ 50 mg）,the consumption amount of other varieties were in an increased tendency. The consumption sum of sufentanil citrate（ 0. 05 mg） and remifentanil hydrochloride injection（ 1 mg） dominated the top 2 places. The DDDs of morphine hydrochloride injection（ 10 mg） ranked second in 2016 and 2017. CONCLUSIONS： The application of narcotics in our hospital is basically rational,but there are still some problems. On the premise of following the principle of drug application,management should be strengthened to make the clinical application of narcotics more rationalized and standardized.
