摘 要:为研究筒形件强力旋压成形过程中主要工艺参数对工件回弹量的影响,采用单因素试验方法,得到减薄率、进给比和旋轮工作角对回弹量的影响规律。采用Box-Behnken设计方法设计试验,通过响应曲面法分析各因素及因素交互作用对回弹量影响的显著性。以回弹量为试验响应,建立了以减薄率、进给比和旋轮工作角为变量的回归模型方程,通过与试验数据的对比验证了方程的准确性。试验结果及分析表明:回弹量随减薄率和进给比的增大而增大,随旋轮工作角的增大先减小后增大。其中,减薄率和旋轮工作角的影响高度显著,进给比的影响显著,减薄率与进给比的交互作用有影响。In order to study the influence of main process parameters on the springback of barrel part during the process of power spinning,the single factor test method was adopted and the effect of thinning rate,feed ratio and working angle of the rotating wheel on springback was obtained. The Box-Behnken method was used to design the experiment,and the response surface methodology was used to analyze the significant influence of each factor and factor interaction on the springback. Taking the springback as the test response,a regression model equation was set up with thinning rate,feed ratio,and working angle of the rotating wheel as the variables. The accuracy of the equation was verified by comparison with the experimental data. The test results and analysis show that the springback increases with the increase of the thinning rate and feed ratio,and firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of working angle of the rotating wheel. Among them,the effect of thinning rate and working angle is highly significant,the effect of the feed ratio is significant,and the effect of the interaction between the rate of thinning and the feed ratio exists.
