摘 要:针对滚珠旋压翻边过程中成形区的特点,将滚珠与板材的接触变形区分为减薄变形区和翻边变形区,在此基础上,建立了滚珠旋压力解析模型,通过投影方法分别计算了减薄变形区和翻边变形区的投影面积,同时对两个区域的接触应力进行分析,推导出滚珠旋压翻边的旋压力计算公式。同时,建立了滚珠旋压翻边的有限元模型,进行了旋压翻边过程的有限元分析,并将旋压力解析模型结果与滚珠旋压翻边有限元旋压力模拟结果进行对比分析,分析的结果表明滚珠旋压力解析模型可为滚珠旋压翻边力快速初步评估提供一种新计算方法。According to the characteristics of the forming area in the ball spinning flanging process,the contact deformation zone between the ball and plate was divided into the thinning deformation zone and the flanging deformation zone. On this basis,an analytical model of ball spinning pressure was established,the projection areas of the thinning deformation zone and the flanging deformation zone were calculated by projection method,the contact stress of the two areas was also analyzed,the calculating formula of ball spinning pressure was derived. Meanwhile,the finite element model of ball spinning flanging was established,and the finite element analysis of spinning flanging process was carried out,the results of the analytical model of ball spinning pressure were compared with that of the finite element ball spinning pressure simulation. The results show that the analytical model of the ball spinning pressure can provide a new calculation method for the rapid preliminary evaluation of the ball spinning flanging force.
