摘  要:充分考虑到BPVC型八辊轧机的设备与工艺特点,在分析了BPVC型八辊轧机的结构特点与支承辊辊型径向调整原理,并给出了相应的支承辊变凸度模型的基础上,建立了一套适合于BPVC型八辊轧机支承辊辊型对板形影响的模型,并选择典型规格产品定量分析了支承辊辊型对板形的影响;随后,从支承辊齿条伸缩量预设定和在线调整两方面入手,提出了一套基于支承辊辊型径向调整的BPVC型八辊轧机板形控制模型,以某1450BPVC型八辊轧机为依托,开发了相应的支承辊齿条伸缩量设定软件,定量分析了支承辊辊型优化的效果,为该类机型轧机的板形控制提供了有益的参考。Fully considering the equipment and process characteristics of BPVC type eight-high rolling mill,the structural features of BPVC type eight-high rolling mill and the radial adjustment principle of the backup roller shape were analyzed,and the corresponding continuously variable crown model of the backup roller was given. On these basis,a model fitted for studying the influence of the backup roll shape on the shape of BPVC type eight-high rolling mill was established. In addition,the typical specifications were chosen and the influence of the backup roll shape on the plate shape was quantitatively analyzed. Then,from the two aspects of the rack stretch preset and online adjustment of backup roll,a shape control model of BPVC type eight-high rolling mill based on radial adjustment of backup roll was proposed. Based on a 1450 BPVC type eight-high rolling mill,a corresponding setting software for rack stretch of a backup roll was developed. The effect of backup roll shape optimization was analyzed quantitatively. It provides useful reference for the plate shape control of the BPVC type eight-high rolling mill.
