摘  要:介绍一种给高温泵试验用水加热的控制方案,解决加热过程中温度波动幅度大、加热棒频繁启动以及传感器采集数据不准确等难题。加热系统以SIEMS 300-PLC为核心控制模块,温度数据处理过程采用均值滤波的软件滤波方式;加热过程采用分段比例控制思想,死区宽度理论等,为方便对控制参数进行监测与控制,借用易控(INSPEC)组态软件实现人机交互。为避免启动电流冲击过大,加热棒采用顺序启动方式。该方案已在实际试验项目中得到应用,经验证控制精度高,稳定性好。A control scheme for heating test water of high temperature pump was introduced, which solved the problems of large temperature fluctuation, frequent starting of heating rod and inaccurate data acquisition by sensor. The heating system uses SIEMS 300-PLC as the core control module, and the mean filtering software was used in the temperature data processing. The idea of piecewise proportional control and the theory of dead zone width were used in the heating process. In order to monitor and control the control parameters conveniently, the man-machine interaction was realized by using the INSPEC configuration software. In order to avoid overheating of starting current, the heating rod adopts sequential startup mode. The scheme has been applied in the actual test project, and it has been verified that the control precision is high and the stability is good.
