摘  要:针对马蹄焰玻璃窑能耗特点和能流分析,提出一种创新性的结构划分模型分析方法。结构划分模型把整个马蹄焰玻璃窑炉的工艺流程划分为三级结构,并逐级展开分析建模。采用物料守恒与热平衡分析建立整个玻璃窑的能耗模型,并以某玻璃厂为实例,利用MATLAB对模型结果仿真分析,研究结果表明烟气带走近50%的热量,同时窑体散热损失也是玻璃窑能耗的一大部分。According to the energy consumption characteristics and energy flow analysis of horseshoe flame glass furnace, a method of structural partition model analysis was proposed. The process flow of the horseshoe flame glass furnace is divided into three levels in the structure division model, and the analysis and modeling were carried out step by step. The energy consumption model of the whole glass furnace was established by the conservation of material and the analysis of heat balance. And taking a glass factory as an example, the simulation analysis of the model results using MATLAB shows that the flue gas belt is close to 50% heat and the heat loss of the kiln is also a major part of the energy consumption of the glass furnace.
