摘  要:针对JW4G转向架构架组焊后变形量大的问题,分析转向架构架结构和现场焊接变形量统计数据。影响焊接变形量的主要因素有3个:焊前的组装放量尺寸、焊接顺序、焊接参数。改进JW4G型转向架构架组成的焊接技术,即采用调整组装放量、焊接顺序、优化焊接工艺参数来实现减少焊接变形和焊后调修工作量。较好地控制构架的焊接变形,降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。Aiming at the problem of large deformation of JW4G bogie frame after welding, the bogie frame structure and field welding deformation statistics were analyzed. There are three main factors affecting the welding deformation: pre-welding assembly size, welding sequence, welding parameters. The welding technology of JW4G bogie frame was improved by adjusting the assembly volume, welding sequence and optimizing welding process parameters to reduce welding deformation and post weld repair workload. The welding deformation of the frame can be controlled well, the labor intensity and production efficiency can be reduced.
