摘  要:在原套管-水泥封孔工艺的基础上,对封孔套管及法兰盘进行改造加工,采用3次注浆法对钻孔进行封堵,最高承受6 MPa高压的注浆压力。改进的新封孔工艺封孔严密,高压注浆作业操作简单、安全,有效填充测试区域岩层裂隙,避免由于岩层裂隙的存在造成测压失败。On the basis of the original casing-cement sealing technology, the casing and flange for sealing hole were modified and processed. The borehole was plugged by three times grouting method. And the maximum grouting pressure of 6 MPa high pressure is withstood. The improved new sealing technology has the advantages of tight sealing, simple and safe operation of high pressure grouting, effective filling of rock fracture in test area, and avoiding the failure of pressure measurement due to the existence of rock fracture.
