摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,以周围对称性感觉、运动神经病变和自主神经病变最为常见,主要有感觉异常、麻木、疼痛等临床表现。DPN属祖国医学"痿证"、"痹症"、"麻木"等范畴,从中医学"治痿独取阳明"理论论治DPN,补益中焦脾胃以滋养脏腑,根据五脏虚损辨证论治,视病情虚实施用补泻之法,改善机体机能营养状况,为临床诊治本病,提高患者生活质量,延缓病情进展提供指导。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common complications of diabetes,the most common pathological changes are peripheral symmetry,motor neuropathy and autonomic neuropathy. It＇s clinical manifestations mainly contain paresthesia,numbness and pain. DPN is regarded as＂atrophic disease＂,＂arthralgia disease＂,＂numbness＂and other areas. From the point of view of Chinese traditional medicine flaccidity aiming at Yangming theory,replenishing spleen to transfer to other organs,according to the diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of five viscera,depending on the condition to use tonification or purgation method. It can improve the nutrition and the quality of survival as well as provide guidance.
