健脾固肾化瘀组方治疗临床期糖尿病肾病(脾肾两虚夹瘀型)临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾固肾化瘀组方治疗临床期糖尿病肾病(脾肾两虚夹瘀型)临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年12月~2016年12月的100例临床期糖尿病肾病(脾肾两虚夹瘀型)患者进行研究,根据治疗药物不同分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组和对照组均按规范进行降糖治疗,对照组采用雷米普利片进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行健脾固肾化瘀组方进行治疗,总疗程为4周。观察2组患者的临床疗效、生活质量及肝功能和肾功能指标。结果:治疗组的总有效率(96. 0%)明显高于对照组(78. 0%),具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);两组患者治疗后的SF-36评分明显高于治疗前,而且治疗组治疗后的SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0. 05);治疗组的肝功能和肾功能指标均明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:健脾固肾化瘀组方治疗临床期糖尿病肾病(脾肾两虚夹瘀型)可以有效改善患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量,有效改善患者的肝功能和肾功能。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of using Strengthening Spleen-kidney and Removing Blood-stasis Recipe in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（ spleen-kidney deficiency and stasis type）. Methods： From December 2014 to December2016,100 cases of clinical stage of diabetic nephropathy（ spleen-kidney deficiency and stasis type） patients were studied,according to the different drugs were divided into treatment group and controlled group（ n = 50）,the treatment group and the controlled group were hypoglycemic treatment according to the specification,the controlled group used Ramipril Tablets for treatment,the treatment group was given Strengthening Spleen-kidney and Removing Blood-stasis Recipe on the basis of the controlled group,the total treatment duration was 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect of the 2 groups of patients,quality of life and the liver function and renal function were observed. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group（ 96%） was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 78%）,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; After the treatment of SF-36 scores of the two groups of patients was significantly higher than that before the treatment,and the treatment group the SF-36 score was significantly higher than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; Liver function and renal function indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than the controlled group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Using Strengthening Spleen-kidney and Removing Blood-Stasis Recipe in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（ spleen-kidney deficiency and stasis type） can effectively improve the symptoms,improve the quality of life,and effectively improve the liver function and renal function.
