摘 要:为迎接铁路面临的因交通运输结构调整带来的运输供给侧改革重大历史机遇和挑战,以中国铁路广州局集团有限公司为例,在全面运输能力查定和系统调研运输生产一线的车站值班员、列车司机、列车调度员基础上,总结普速铁路运输组织存在的主要问题在于站场设备布置、列车进出站组织和运行图的影响等,提出从铁路车站设备改扩建、列车运行图优化、运输生产各专业领域联劳协作等方面提高普速铁路运输能力,并给出普速铁路挖潜增效的具体建议。T0 catch the major historical opportunities and meet the challenges posed by the transport supply side reform brought about by the adjustment of transport structure of the railway, this paper takes China Railway Guangzhou Railway Group as an example, concludes that the major problems in transport organization of conventional railway lie in layout of equipment at station yards, organization of trains entering and leaving stations, and the train working diagram, based on a comprehensive transportation capacity identification, and a survey of on-site station operators, train drivers and dispatchers. It also puts forward concrete suggestions such as railway station equipment upgrade and reconditioning, train operation diagram optimization, collaboration and coordination among all railway operation departments to tap the potential and enhance the efficiency and transport capacity of conventional railways.
